- Youwillberesponsibleforundertakingrepair/renewalroofingworks,includingrepairsandmaintenancecoveringroofleaks,felt&batten,gutterleaks,leadwork&torchonfeltrepairs.Abilitytoundertakesomebrickworkrelatedrepairsisdesirable
- Takingprideinbuildingrelationships,youwillcommunicateeffectivelywiththeschedulingteam,tenantsandyourlinemanagers
- WorksafelyandincompliancewithHealth&Safetyrequirements.

- QualifiedtoanNVQLevel2inRoofing
- Some general maintenance knowledge in other trades would be advantageous
- Abilitytoworkprofessionallyandconsideratelyinarangeofenvironments,includingvulnerabletenants' homeswithinsocialhousingsettings
- PossessionofafullcurrentUKDrivinglicence,withtheuseofacompanyvan.
