Ian Williams are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the payroll process ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments for our employees.
We offer stability, security and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, progressive environment. We also offer Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

- Supervise and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient processing of payroll on a weekly and monthly basis - 910 weekly paid and 516 salaried staff.
- Verify and process employee time records, attendance, and leave data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to payroll and tax reporting.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, tax filings, and other related documentation.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
- Implement payroll best practices and recommend improvements to payroll processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data.
- Provide hands-on cover for payroll processing during team absences, and whenever necessary to meet payroll deadlines.
- Proven experience in payroll management or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
