We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operativeto join ourVoids team based in the Godalmingarea, specialising in carrying out void and refurbishment worksto our customers properties.

Competitive basic salary of £39,870 with the potential to earn up to £43,926

The Multi Trade Operative role:
- Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilisingproblem-solving capabilities.
- Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
- You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly
What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:
- You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
- Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working void properties
- A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
