Champion accuracy, compliance, and financial risk control across the Purchase Ledger and Subcontract Ledger. Coach, develop, and empower your team — helping them achieve their best and supporting their long-term progression. Drive improvements, implement smarter processes, and enhance team capability through training and delegation. Proven supervisory experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance environment. Solid understanding of financial controls and ledger management. Confident using ERP systems, financial ledgers, and MS Excel. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
