We are currently looking for a skilled Roofer to join our successful Response Maintenance business based in the Middlesbrough area. You will specialise in carrying out repairs and maintenance on small and large scale jobs, to our customers' properties.

The Roofer role:
Weβre committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported; therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer. You will be responsible for undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs. Ability to undertake some brickwork related repairs is desirable. Taking pride in building relationships, you will communicate effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and your line managers. Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
What will you bring as a Roofer?
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing.
- Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable.
- Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment.
- Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants' homes within social housing settings.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
