We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham. In this fast paced role, you will optimise our repairs service through effective scheduling, while operating with compassion, care and empathy.

The Reactive Maintenance Scheduler role:
- Access to our dynamic scheduling system and technology, you can effectively plan operatives\’ day to day work schedules, taking pride in delivering a first-class experience to our customers (residents) in a concise, timely and efficient manner.
- Having ownership of this process from start to finish, you consider priority, location, and time, whilst mitigating risks that could affect KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, you\’ll support our trade operatives, via phone and email, while they successfully complete their works on site, always striving for a first-time fix resolution.
- Accuracy is key to a first-time resolution, therefore you take pride in the notes you make for each job/task on the system, to support compliance and process
- Producing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports daily, that contribute to the overall Contract performance.
