Overview
We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative who enjoys delivering a vital and valued repairs service to residential customers to work within our Painting Team covering Bristol, Bath and Cheltenham. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments for our reputable Social Housing client. The Multi Trade Operative role
Undertaking multi trade work in occupied, residential properties to complete second fix work including joinery works, repair care works for carpentry, some Plumbing, patch Plastering.
The work is primarily lone working with the support and guidance of a Contract Manager.
The ability to work professionally and considerately within people’s homes in a customer facing environment, always considering yours and others Health and Safety.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
Qualified to an NVQ 2 level is desired or similar professional body, in a core internal trade.
Experience in residential maintenance and repairs work is essential, experience of working as a Multi Trader, specifically with basic carpentry expertise.
Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment, with the ability to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Operative role, a company van will be available upon successful completion of probation.
