Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our refurbishment business, based in Leeds and the surrounding areas. You will specialise in carrying out planned works projects, working in occupied residential properties. We are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference to peoples lives and the properties in which they live.

- You will be paid weekly, with a guaranteed 39 hour working week, as well as annual pay reviews.

The Floor Layer role
- Complete variable jobs including cap and cove, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles and latex, and domestic floor laying in tenanted properties
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a customer-facing environment, working in occupied properties
- Maintain a safe working environment and be aware of health and safety of yourself, your team and customers
What you will bring
- Demonstrable experience of domestic floor laying
- Preferably NVQ qualified, or equivalent, in a recognised trade
- Motivated approach to work, able to meet individual and team output targets
- Full current UK Driving Licence is essential, with use of a company van (to be discussed at interview)
