We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in the refurbishment of properties for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout East Devon. The Multi Trade Role:

Undertaking multi trade work in occupied residential properties including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works. You will be required to complete mould wash works within our customers' properties, so experience in this or a strong willingness to learn is beneficial. Specifically, you’ll be completing a target output of 5 jobs per day, attending to reactive, emergency and routine repairs as well as completing planned (void) refurbishment jobs on occasions. Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?

  • Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role.
  • Experience of using spray application is preferable but not needed.
  • Experience working in a residential maintenance and repairs environment would be very advantageous.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.
