We are currently looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our response maintenance business covering Middlesbrough. You will specialise in carrying out flooring repairs in our customers' properties and in void properties.

The Floor Layer Role:
- You will complete variable jobs including cap and cove, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles and latex, and domestic floor laying in tenanted properties.
- You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, working in occupied properties.
- Maintaining a safe working environment is imperative, and being aware of the health and safety of yourself, your team and your customers.
What will you bring to the Floor Layer role?
- Demonstrable experience of domestic floor laying
- Preferably NVQ qualified, or equivalent, in floor laying
- Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving license, which is essential to undertake the Floor Layer role, with use of a company van (to be discussed at interview stage).
