As Learning and Development Business Partner, you will partner with the Operational business to design and implement development solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing talent, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement.

The Learning and Development Business Partner role will involve:
- Supporting the development of a coaching culture where we invest in developing our people and give them the opportunity to thrive
- Partnering with a specific business area, coaching leaders to develop their people, supporting them with development planning and solutions
- Designing and delivering development solutions
- Developing and identifying talent via objective testing measures; career pathing; and talent development
- Supporting and facilitating the drive for consistency – improving understanding and adherence to Ian Williams systems and processes
- Supporting the behaviour framework – delivering behavioural skills training and team development
- Developing management and leadership capabilities across the business.

- Proven experience in an organisational development, learning and development, or HR role, with a strong focus on partnering with business areas
- Creative approach to design and delivery of behavioural skills and team development training
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion to promote these values through all learning and development activities, supporting the Ian Williams culture.
