We are currently looking for a skilled Painter to join our successful Painting business based in Newbury but servicing the Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, Winchester and Oxford areas. You will specialise in carrying out Internal and External Decorations to our customers' properties. The basic salary is: £34,192.00 plus bonus opportunities. The benefits of working for Ian Williams Ltd include:

The Painter role involves keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer. You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings. Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
What you will bring as a Painter:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable – for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
- Ideally experience of working within a domestic/social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential).
- Having a passion for making a difference to people's homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people.
- Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK.
