Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Painter to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in the refurbishment of properties for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout East Devon. We want to hear from likeminded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

The Multi Painter role
- Undertaking multi trade work – mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works. We are also looking for Multi Trades to work within void (empty properties), completing light to full residential refurbishments
- Specifically, you’ll be completing a target output of 5 jobs per day, attending to reactive, emergency and routine repairs as well as complete planned (void) refurbishment jobs, on occasions too.
- Yours, the team and the customer\’s Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
What will you bring as a Multi Painter?
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
- Experience of using spray application is preferable but not needed.
- Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
- Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Painter role, with a company van provided.
