The Multi Trade Operative role:
We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
- Undertaking multi trade work in occupied, residential properties to complete second fix work including joinery works, some Plumbing and Plastering works.
- Working in a domestic setting, you have the opportunity to utilise your fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
- Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties)
- Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
- Emergency call out will be expected, on a rota basis
What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative :
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, orrelevant response environment experience (albeit not essential)
- Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you havestrong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
- Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
