Templer HomeBuild is seeking a Lead Building Surveyor to join its Building Safety and Technical team based in Newton Abbot. You’ll lead delivery of planned maintenance, capital investment, repairs, and void refurbishment programmes, and mentor a team of Building Surveyors and coordinators while coordinating with stakeholders.
You’ll inspect properties, diagnose defects, produce specifications and contract information, oversee capital projects, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
