Youβll lead delivery of planned maintenance, capital investment, repairs, and void refurbishment programmes, and mentor a team of Building Surveyors and coordinators while coordinating with stakeholders.
Youβll inspect properties, diagnose defects, produce specifications and contract information, oversee capital projects, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
