We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our planned works team based in the Exmouth area, specialising in carrying out refurbishment works to our customers properties.

- Competitive basic salary of £35,530 with the potential to earn up to £39,586

- The Multi Trade Operative Role
- Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities.
- Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
- You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly
- What You Will Bring As a Multi Trade Operative
- You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
- Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working void properties
- A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
