Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Capital works contracts in Cheltenham and the South Cotswolds.
You will measure and prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and build strong client and supplier relations to ensure timely project progress and profitable outcomes.
You'll work with the Contracts Manager to align productivity targets and milestones, taking responsibility for costs and cash flow while using COINS to produce weekly and monthly cost reports and valuations.
