Our Bristol Response and Maintenance unit is looking for an Electrician who enjoys delivering a vital and valued repairs service to residential customers to work within our Response & Voids Team! You will specialise in day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties in the Bristol area.

The Electrician role:

  • Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements
  • Working towards weekly productivity targets, attending to emergency, reactive, and routine repairs
  • Friendly and approachable; able to relate and interact with tenants in a professional and friendly manner

What will you bring as an Electrician?

  • Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2 Test and Inspect qualification desirable
  • Previous experience working within domestic properties would be ideal
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, essential for using the company van
