We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham. In this fast-paced role, you will optimise our repairs service through effective scheduling, while operating with compassion, care and empathy.

The Reactive Maintenance Scheduler role involves:
- Access to our dynamic scheduling system and technology, allowing you to effectively plan operatives' day-to-day work schedules, delivering a first-class experience to our customers (residents) in a concise, timely and efficient manner.
- Having ownership of this process from start to finish, considering priority, location, and time, whilst mitigating risks that could affect KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, supporting our trade operatives via phone and email, always striving for a first-time fix resolution.
- Ensuring accuracy in notes made for each job/task on the system to support compliance and process.
- Producing KPI reports daily that contribute to the overall Contract performance.
