We are seeking an Awaab’s Law & Disrepair Supervisor to support our commitment in repairing and maintaining safe homes for Teign Housing’s community.
You will lead damp, mould, condensation and disrepair casework with trade teams and ensure issues are resolved quickly, safely and in line with Awaab’s Law requirements.
A high level of organisation and supervisory experience is essential.
