In this role, you will be responsible for organising, supervising, and providing ongoing support to a team of Void Operatives, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Competitive basic salary of Β£44,433 with the potential to earn up to Β£48,489

The Working Foreperson role:
We're committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
- Lead, coach and develop a successful, high performing Operative team, supporting them on site to deliver work to a high quality standard
- Utilise your IT skills, by producing and reviewing productivity reports, confirming weekly timesheets and engaging with customers and the client
- Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities.
- Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
- You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly
What you will bring as a Working Foreperson:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Demonstrable experience of successfully leading an on site team
- Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential)
- Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
- Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
