Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Capital division, supporting renovations in Bradford, Huddersfield and Halifax. You’ll be the resident’s first contact on-site, liaising with tenants, contractors and management teams to maintain strong community relations.
You will manage communications about progression, records and reports, and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery of the contract. A driving licence is essential.
