We are looking for a Planner Scheduler to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham. Our iwhub (centralised helpdesk) is an integral part of our thriving Responsive/ Maintenance division at Ian Williams. What's involved in the Planner Scheduler role?
- Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring a first class experience for our residents through timely and efficient coordination.
- Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks that could impact KPIs.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email to help achieve first time fix resolutions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task on the system.
- Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports that reflect the success of our service delivery.
What could you bring to the Planner Scheduler role?
- Previous experience in planning and scheduling is required, preferably within a repairs and maintenance environment, but you may have experience from another sector.
- You're driven, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast paced, reactive environment, with strong IT and analytical skills, along with the ability to follow processes and quickly adapt to new systems.
