At Ian Sanderson Textiles, we are passionate about creating beautiful fabric for the Interior Design market. We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Marketing Manager to maintain and strengthen our brand presence and customer engagement, taking charge of our digital landscape to promote our expanding collections.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a proactive marketer who thrives in a creative environment. You will take ownership of our digital marketing activity, ensuring our online presence reflects the quality of our brand while identifying new opportunities to reach and inspire our UK and global audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management & Development
- Manage and update our WordPress e-commerce website.
- Write engaging blog content for website use.
- Manage day-to-day website activity and troubleshooting for the team and customers.
- Lease with external hosting providers to support ongoing website development initiatives.
- Social Media and Online Product Management
- Meta (Instagram & Facebook): Plan and publish 2 posts per week aligned with seasonal themes, market trends, and product launches.
- Community: Engage with our growing community and build relationships with key creators.
- Pinterest: Update product catalogue and grow boards with fresh pins.
- TikTok: Create and post occasional engaging video content to expand brand reach.
- Google Advertising: Create and manage Google product listings and adverts to drive traffic.
- Run weekly reports and use insights to adapt digital activities.
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage and develop campaigns using MailChimp and Act CRM.
- Create visually compelling email campaigns to drive engagement and orders.
- Promote new collections, products, events, and shows.
- Creative & Brand Support
- Design marketing materials for print including booklets, postcards, stickers, and other promotional collateral.
- Lead and deliver in-house product photography, personally shooting products in beautiful vignettes to build and continually enhance our brand image library.
- Coordinate and direct external photographers for in-house photo shoots, ensuring all imagery aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Conceptualise, plan, and manage location photoshoots for new collections and seasonal stories, overseeing creative direction from briefing through to final asset delivery.
- Write compelling press releases to promote new collections, launches, and events.
- Build and nurture relationships with magazines and industry contacts to secure editorial coverage and increase brand visibility.
- Assist with show stand design and create digital concepts where required.
- Get involved with on-the-road trade show events, where you'll be front-facing and engaging with customers.

- Proven experience managing social media channels.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress or similar Platform websites.
- Experience using MailChimp (or similar CRM platforms).
- Confident in digital design tools, which may include Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Creative, organised, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Experience in an in-house or agency marketing roles.
- Desirable
- Background in interior design, textiles, or related creative industries.
