No experience is necessary — full training will be provided! This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, gain experience in the fish trade and become part of a friendly, hardworking team.
The Role
Working as part of our busy team, your responsibilities will include:

Collecting fresh fish from the auction house.

Packing fish into boxes ready for our customers.

Helping supply customers across the UK and worldwide.

Learning about the different fish species landed in the South West.

Developing fish preparation and filleting skills.

Supporting the team with day-to-day work on the fish quay.
Working Hours

Start time: 5:30 am

Days: Monday to Friday

Working week: 5 days a week
Please note that this role involves early starts and practical, hands-on work in a busy environment.
