Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5.30pm

Contract: 1‑year fixed‑term contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will manage an allocated portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations, excellent client service, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, managing budgets, liaising with contractors and residents, conducting site visits, and ensuring health.
