Key roles and responsibilities
- Involvement in month end processes
- Processing of purchase invoices and reconciliation of statements
- Maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers
- Processing of expenses and credit card claims
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Set up of supplier accounts
- Making supplier and expense payments
- Assist with credit control and client queries
- Processing of information via accounts package
- Bank reconciliations
- Checking of contract / legal documents
- Processing of any other accounts documents
- Any other Ad Hoc duties required by the department
Required experience
- Excellent communication skills and confident attitude
- The ability to work both within a team and individually
- Confident Microsoft user
- Good time keeping
- Be within a reasonable travelling distance of your office base, or be prepared to re-locate
- Relevant experience in a finance function desirable although not essential.
- AAT level 2 is desirable
