We are looking for an experienced and reliable White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing and installing a range of domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will represent the company professionally and provide a high standard of customer service on every visit.
Key responsibilities:
- A full UK driving license is essential
- Relevant electrical, appliance repair or engineering qualifications are desirable, but proven experience is essential
- Diagnose and repair all Domestic Appliances/White goods
- Identify faults accurately and complete repairs efficiently
- Carry out free-standing and built-in appliance installations
- Maintain accurate job sheets and service records
- Explain faults, repairs and costs clearly to customers
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain company tools, equipment and van
- Excellent customer service skills
