About the Role
We are looking for a Barista to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who is confident in coffee preparation, enjoys customer interaction, and can work well in a fast-paced cafe environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a consistent standard
- Operate espresso machines and grinders confidently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle orders and basic cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, equipment, and work areas
- Support daily café operations and work closely with the team
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is a bonus
- Comfortable operating espresso machines and basic coffee equipment
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
