iamproperty is looking for a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. What Will You Be Doing As a Senior Paralegal:
- Prepare auction packs, ensuring compliance with strict timeframes.
- Review registered and unregistered title documents, property searches, and other key information to facilitate seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of approximately 100 properties, ensuring timely and accurate auction pack completion.
- Review land registry documents, title deeds, and pre-contract searches to identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with CLC regulations and company policies.
- Liaise confidently with clients, partner agents, and legal teams.
- Identify title defects, draft statements of truth/statutory declarations, and flag potential legal concerns.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and attend relevant training.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years conveyancing experience (registered/unregistered, leasehold, freehold, commercial).
- Strong office management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage heavy workloads.
- Team player who can mentor junior colleagues.
