Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of approx. 100 properties, working proactively to complete auction packs promptly
• Review registered and unregistered title documents, property searches, and other key documents
• Identify and escalate title defects or legal issues that could affect the sale process
• Ensure auction packs meet compliance and regulatory requirements
• Liaise confidently with clients, agents, and stakeholders, offering clear and professional advice
• Draft and review statements of truth, statutory declarations, and other supporting documents
• Mentor junior team members and support the Team Leader as needed

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, unregistered, and commercial land
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Confident in managing multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
