What will you be doing as a Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialist in movebutler
- Building strong relationships with partner agents to maximise client conversions.
- Contacting referred clients to complete onboarding and introduce additional services.
- Confidently upselling conveyancing, mortgages, surveys, and future movebutler products.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets.
- Providing agents with updates on onboarding progress and identifying missed opportunities.
- Managing aborted or rejected cases and escalating issues when required.
- Collaborating with other iamproperty teams to ensure consistent service and support strategic initiatives.
