What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Fee Earner (Premium Conveyancing)
- Manage your own caseload of transactions from start to finish
- Draft, review, and finalise contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
- Conduct and review property searches (local authority, environmental, drainage etc.)
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to keep cases moving smoothly
- Oversee all financial aspects of transactions including completion statements
- Ensure compliance with CQS, SRA, CLA, and solicitor account rules
- Support and delegate tasks to a Conveyancing Assistant
- Provide weekly file reviews and updates to clients and agents
- Spot and resolve issues early to prevent delays
What are we looking for?
- Previous extensive experience as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Passionate about delivering excellent client service
