Responsibilities
- Handle your own caseload of around 50-60 files in an organised and timely manner to hit deadlines.
- Collaborate with Conveyancing Assistant(s) and Sales Progressor, allocating and delegating tasks to help deliver targets and timeframes.
- Use strong customer service and relationship-building skills to liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors, providing regular updates to progress files to completion.
- Obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds (if unregistered), and draft legal documents including contracts and Land Registry documents.
- Ensure all files comply with company policies and regulatory requirements including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules.
- Present yourself and iamproperty positively to partner agents, clients, and the team involved in transactions.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience as a Conveyancer; licensed conveyancer or equivalent.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
