Responsibilities

  • Handle your own caseload of around 50-60 files in an organised and timely manner to hit deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Conveyancing Assistant(s) and Sales Progressor, allocating and delegating tasks to help deliver targets and timeframes.
  • Use strong customer service and relationship-building skills to liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors, providing regular updates to progress files to completion.
  • Obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds (if unregistered), and draft legal documents including contracts and Land Registry documents.
  • Ensure all files comply with company policies and regulatory requirements including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules.
  • Present yourself and iamproperty positively to partner agents, clients, and the team involved in transactions.

Qualifications and experience

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancer; licensed conveyancer or equivalent.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
