What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager? Note this is a field based role out on the road up to 4 days per week in the South, an ideal home base would be Salisbury and surrounding area:

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with branch managers and teams
  • Delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions to estate agents
  • Coaching branches to identify and convert auction opportunities
  • Promoting our MMoA proposition
  • Managing your own diary to maximise branch visits and performance
  • Analysing and presenting performance data to key stakeholders
  • Creating success stories and case studies to showcase results
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for iamproperty at all times
  • Supporting colleagues and covering other regions when needed

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in estate agency or property
  • A strong track record of hitting targets and delivering results
  • Confidence in training, coaching and presenting to groups
  • The ability to influence and inspire estate agents
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and disciplined
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and stay overnight when required
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
