What will you be doing as a Completions Specialist –
- You’ll manage your own caseload of 60+ files, staying organized, effective, and focused on meeting deadlines.
- With your excellent relationship-building skills, you’ll liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors, ensuring all parties understand the timelines and potential penalties involved.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams, finding solutions to any issues that arise to keep transactions moving smoothly.
- Keep all stakeholders informed throughout the transaction process, communicating updates both verbally and in writing.
- Present yourself and iamproperty in the best possible way to our Partner Agents, clients, teammates, and everyone involved.
What are we looking for?
- Sales progression experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in estate agency or conveyancing, managing a caseload of 50+ files.
- A strong customer service focus and relationship management skills.
- A proven ability to work to tight deadlines and be driven by targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
