What will you be doing as a Software Trainer?

You will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, effective, and client-focused training across the full iamproperty suite of products, ensuring our customers have the knowledge and confidence to maximise value from our technology solutions. Working closely with our Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams, you'll support clients throughout their journey—from implementation and go-live through to long-term adoption and optimisation.

  • Deliver training across the iamproperty product suite
  • Tailor training to different client needs and learning styles
  • Support clients during onboarding, go-live, and post-launch adoption
  • Provide best-practice guidance to maximise product usage and efficiency
  • Deliver system demonstrations, walkthroughs, and refresher training
  • Create and maintain training materials, guides, videos, and webinars
  • Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Build strong client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in software training, onboarding, or customer success
  • Experience creating training content and resources
  • Knowledge of estate agency, lettings, or PropTech
  • Experience supporting software implementations
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, monday.com, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
