Responsibilities
- Support, coach and develop team members (6) to build and retain a high-performing team
- Organise team initiatives and facilitate effective team meetings
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, providing constructive feedback and support
- Ensure team members understand their roles, responsibilities and objectives
- Take ownership of personal delivery objectives as a Tech Delivery Manager
- Lead Agile delivery squads in the successful delivery of Private Treaty product enhancement projects
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define project scope and priorities
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans and resource plans
- Manage project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders
- Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to optimise project delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, user story refinement sessions, technical reviews, sprint retrospectives
- Monitor project progress and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders
- Chair technical governance meetings and ensure appropriate decision-making processes are followed
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards
- Drive compliance with relevant policies, procedures, security and privacy requirements
- Ensure solutions align with agreed architectures, standards, methods and tools
- Manage relationships with external technology suppliers and delivery partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile project management, Agile delivery management and software engineering environments
- Proven experience delivering complex software and technology projects using Agile methodologies
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional software delivery teams
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Scrum/Kanban boards
