What will you be doing as a Sales Development Rep:

  • Generating new business opportunities by identifying, researching and qualifying potential clients.
  • Reaching out to prospects through phone, email and LinkedIn to spark interest and start meaningful conversations.
  • Following up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to maximise conversion into demos and meetings.
  • Understanding customer challenges and positioning iamproperty’s solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Booking high-quality demos for our senior sales team and supporting the sales cycle.
  • Building strong relationships with prospects to nurture long-term opportunities.
  • Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate activity and insights.
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve engagement.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

What are we looking for?

  • You’re a natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport quickly.
  • You’re driven, competitive and motivated by hitting targets and seeing results.
  • You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • You’re eager to learn and open to coaching, feedback and development.
  • Experience in sales, customer service or lead generation is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
