What will you be doing as an Auction Specialist?
- Build upon and develop new or existing relationships with our partner estate agents
- Maintain high levels of engagement across your partner agent portfolio
- Educate partner agents on the benefits of the iamsold proposition for auction
- Daily interactions with our partner agents utilizing various communication methods such as MS Teams, Zoom, telephone calls and app technology
- Educate vendors on the benefits of auctions and how it could be a better route to sell their property
- Handle all offer negotiations on behalf of the partner estate agent with vendors and buyers in accordance with current AML standards and company best practices
- Maintain a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere and strive to succeed in the performance framework of monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years property sales experience working within an Estate Agency or associated industry
- Proven history of success in a target driven environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of video conferencing and virtual call handling, along with use of CRM systems
