Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and distribute to relevant areas of the business, always delivering excellent customer service.
- Liaise with our partner agents and branches in a professional manner, whilst effectively communicating with vendors, chasing important documents needed for the completion of sale.
- Ensure quality checks are made on certified copies of legal documents, and scan, copy and return important legal documents such as Title Deeds and certificates.
- Be an ambassador for iamproperty, presenting yourself in the best way to our partner agents, their clients, your team and everyone you engage with.
Qualifications:
- Experience within administration is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
