What will you be doing as a KYC Team Leader:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing KYC team
  • Managing day-to-day workflow, productivity, and service levels
  • Supporting the resolution of complex and high-risk customer cases
  • Ensuring AML and KYC processes are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring team performance and delivering regular feedback and development support
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practice

  • You’ll be a confident people leader with experience in compliance, KYC, AML, or another regulated environment.
  • Previous experience managing or supervising a team
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to make balanced, risk-based decisions
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience coaching and developing others to achieve their potential
