What Will You Be Doing As a Relationship Manager
As a Relationship Manager you will support and grow our independent estate agent partners across a defined UK region. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving product adoption, and maximising revenue opportunities through face-to-face and virtual coaching, training, and strategic partner planning. Acting as a brand ambassador, you'll build strong partnerships, implement onboarding and success frameworks, and help branches unlock their full potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned estate agent partners
- Deliver partner plans to maximise uptake of group products
- Conduct branch visits and virtual meetings across your region
- Provide training and coaching to branch managers and teams
- Identify growth opportunities and develop revenue-driving action plans
- Support onboarding of new partner wins alongside internal teams
- Manage your diary to achieve agreed appointment and activity targets
- Create and share case studies to showcase success
- Represent the business professionally across all communication channels
- Demonstrate energy, drive, and commitment to achieving key objectives
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years' property industry experience
- Account management experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and able to inspire others
- Strong coaching and influencing skills within estate agency
- Confident and engaging presenter across in-person and virtual settings
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Able to work remotely while collaborating effectively with wider teams
- Willing and able to travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays
- Due to the geographical requirements of this role, you will ideally be based in or around the Worcester area.
