What will you be doing as a Software Trainer:
- Deliver training across the iamproperty product suite
- Tailor training to different client needs and learning styles
- Support clients during onboarding, go-live, and post-launch adoption
- Provide best-practice guidance to maximise product usage and efficiency
- Deliver system demonstrations, walkthroughs, and refresher training
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, videos, and webinars
- Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
- Build strong client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams
- Stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends
What are we looking for?
- Experience in software training, onboarding, or customer success
- Experience creating training content and resources
- Knowledge of estate agency, lettings, or PropTech
- Experience supporting software implementations
- Familiarity with Zendesk, monday.com, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
