What will you be doing as a Sales Manager?
- You will support and develop a high-performing sales team by demonstrating what good looks like and developing an environment for continuous improvement.
- You will engage in coaching and the delivery of team training requirements, tailoring your approach to the needs and preference of the individual.
- You will support the setting and delivery of ambitious sales targets, focusing on both team and individual performance, ensuring to demonstrate a relentless commitment to achieving and surpassing targets.
- You will communicate across all areas of the business, embracing the company values and ensuring each stage of the customer journey is delivered with professionalism.
- You will be expected to stay attuned to market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments and translate this awareness into actionable insights that inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- You will be involved in recruiting for new members of the sales team, taking part in interviews and making key decisions.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within Property, Estate Agency or similar industries is preferred but not essential.
- You will have previous experience managing office-based and remote teams.
- You will be an experienced people manager, with a proven record of purposeful coaching to identify areas of improvement within the sales team.
- You will have experience creating customised coaching plans that enhance skills, boost confidence, and facilitate performance excellence.
- You will be a proven sales professional, with a dedication to exceeding targets and overcoming objectives.
- You will possess a strong and unwavering work ethic, always leading by example.
