What will you be doing as a KYC Team Leader:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing KYC team.
- Managing day-to-day workflow, productivity, and service levels.
- Supporting the resolution of complex and high-risk customer cases.
- Ensuring AML and KYC processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring team performance and delivering regular feedback and development support.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practice.
What are we looking for?
- You’ll be a confident people leader with experience in compliance, KYC, AML, or another regulated environment.
- You’ll also have:
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to make balanced, risk-based decisions.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coaching and developing others to achieve their potential.
