What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager?

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships across a portfolio of franchise estate agency partners, driving product adoption, delivering training and coaching, and identifying opportunities for growth. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help partners achieve success while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and delivering recruitment plans to attract and engage new franchise partners for iamproperty products.
  • Onboarding new partners and supporting them to achieve long-term success and revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner branches across your assigned territory.
  • Conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings with estate agency partners to support engagement and performance.
  • Delivering training, coaching and development sessions to branch managers and teams on our products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption, activity levels and revenue generation across partner branches.
  • Developing and implementing partner growth plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Supporting the delivery of onboarding and success programmes for new partner wins.
  • Creating and sharing success stories and case studies to promote best practice and demonstrate value.
  • Managing your own diary and territory effectively to maximise partner engagement and achieve agreed activity targets.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for iamproperty, delivering exceptional service and representing the business professionally at all times.
