What will you be doing as a Business Partner (AI & Applications)? Join iamproperty and play a pivotal role in shaping how AI, automation and enterprise applications deliver value across the business. As an AI & Applications Business Partner, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and the Group Solutions function, helping to identify opportunities, define priorities and ensure initiatives are aligned to strategic objectives. Working closely with senior leaders and technology teams, you'll drive the demand management process, develop compelling business cases and support the successful adoption of innovative solutions that improve business performance and efficiency.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the primary business-facing partner for AI, automation, enterprise services and shared business applications across the Group.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities.
  • Managing and co‑ordinating the intake, assessment and prioritisation of new initiatives and business demand.
  • Translating business needs into clear problem statements, requirements and well‑defined proposals for delivery.
  • Developing business cases and value propositions for AI, automation and enterprise application initiatives.
  • Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to align priorities and define requirements.
  • Working closely with technology teams to ensure business demand is clearly understood and ready for delivery.
  • Supporting the transition of approved initiatives into delivery, ensuring requirements, assumptions and dependencies are well defined.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation and shared technology solutions.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing, pilot programmes, training, communications and adoption activities to maximise business value.
  • Tracking and reporting on business outcomes, benefits realisation and the success of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborating with technology partners and suppliers to understand emerging capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Business Partner, Product, Strategy or technology-focused role working across business and technical teams.
  • Strong experience gathering, analysing and communicating business requirements.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple departments or business functions.
  • Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, enterprise application or business change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear and actionable solutions.
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive positive outcomes.
  • Experience working with AI, automation, enterprise SaaS applications or shared service environments.
  • Knowledge of demand management, portfolio prioritisation, business case development or benefits realisation methodologies.
  • Experience working across multiple business units, divisions or group structures.
  • Understanding of governance, risk, compliance or responsible AI principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile, product-led or modern technology delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting change management, adoption and business readiness activities.
