What will you be doing as a Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialist in movebutler?
- Completing daily tasks in a timely manner ensuring the agent is fully kept up to date with their files
- Ensuring customers complete their onboarding successfully and assist with any issues they have while doing this
- Offering all available services (that have not yet been accepted) to clients on every call, which will include Mortgages, Conveyancing, Surveys and any other services introduced in the future
- Calling Vendors and Buyers to offer solicitors quotes which are pre-agreed with the panel of Solicitors
- Answering inbound calls and dealing with incoming queries
- Ensuring that complaints/issues are escalated to the necessary department
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales role
- Previous experience within estate agency or conveyancing
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Results oriented
- Self-motivated and driven
