The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Fee Earner? You will manage your own caseload of around 40β45 residential files, progressing matters efficiently from instruction to completion. You will be supported by your dedicated Sales Progressor from iamsold working together toward shared goals.
- Reviewing pre-prepared Auction Packs and taking the lead on transactions from start to finish
- Drafting contracts and Land Registry documents
- Handling AML checks and documentation
- Responding to enquiries and managing all legal aspects of the transaction
- Preparing Financial Statements and completion documents
- Facilitating exchange and legal completion
- Maintaining full compliance with SRA, Solicitor Account Rules and internal policies
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, partner agents and all parties involved
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Ideally 18+ months post-qualification/case-handling experience
- Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors and experienced Fee Earners all welcome β qualifications are valued but not essential
- Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive mindset
